Gratituesday 5.8.18 - Coaching the Counselor!
I joined a business coaching group led by Teri Scheinzeit and we started meeting last week. While I've done some of the reflection before, it was a nice opportunity to see where I am in my business - what I love doing and what I don't. Coaching the Counselor! As my pre-marital counseling & officiant practice continues to expand, I need to be conscious and intentional about what I want in the grand scheme, my financial and client goals and ways to make the day-to-day easier. Thankfully there are a number of resources out there that can assist here. Since it's my busy season, all I need to do is find time to research, select and implement. But heck, if I reserve time to reflect and create my weekly lists, I can find time and energy to improve and streamline my business. In the meantime, here are my weekly lists. Enjoy!
