Gratituesday 6.19.18 - One Day Off

Gratituesday-2-1.png

I'm tired. As I say to my couples, I take appointments 7 days a week, but I rarely work 7 days. Working in a seasonal business it's hard to say no. That being said, I've been better about keeping one day a week just for me. One Day Off. But I need to be more intentional about it. I'd love to be able to catch up on sleep, practice yoga, do something fun or see friends and unplug. That means no work, but in a perfect world, it also means no computer, and no social media. Is it possible? Absolutely. But will it be difficult? You betcha.

As I sit here with a brain that's slowing down by the second, I know that I need some downtime. And this week, I cannot wait until Friday. I guess I'll try out my Intentional One Day Off and report about it next week. In the meantime, here are this weeks lists. Feel free to join along and add your own!
