Desire Wednesday 11.17.21 - Under a Fall Tree
In today’s meditation I guided us into an open field and we took a walk to a small hill and sat underneath a colorful fall tree. We felt the sun on our skin and breathed in the crispy clean air. We released any of the tension of the day and enjoyed the time and space to sit in a beautiful place undisturbed.
When we don’t have the time and space to actually be in nature, the benefits are still there to take the journey in our minds. It’s the joy of guided meditation, and I needed this particular image more than I knew. For me it was the care of the little things. The things we usually take for granted. Sunshine, fresh air, the beauty of nature and TIME!
Of course the stillness and space leaves plenty of room for reflection. And that’s a great way to remind myself of the good around me. Care to join me? I share my weekly lists every other week or so. I’ll start, but you are welcome to put some thoughts and questions, or perhaps share your OWN list in the comments below. Let’s go!
