Desire Wednesday 5.25.22 - Work Smarter, Not Harder
Over the last few months I’ve read a four new books with my business book club. Quite a few of them have encouraged positive change and action. Truly all of this is an attempt to work smarter, not harder.
We just started reading ‘The 4-Day Workweek’ by Tim Ferris and I think some of the actions I’ve wanted to take these past 7 months may find consistency. Of course, I don’t know for sure, but I have a good feeling about it. There are a number of things I’ve tried to achieve from reading ‘The One Thing’ and ‘Atomic Habits,’ as well as going through the ‘Yearly Compass workbook’ as we looked back on 2021 and onto 2022. Unfortunately I’ve been only moderately successful. I’m definitely working harder, not smarter and that’s got to change. I am also not able to hold myself accountable.
I feel the paradigm shifting. I have not checked my horoscope or astrology charts, but I have a feeling that change is in the air. So I did a bit of deep reflection today and that was a good time to also do my weekly lists. The comment section is always open below if you want to share or question or add your own lists. Off we go…it’s about time.
