Gratituesday 3.4.25 - “Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!”

Happy Mardi Gras, friends! Or I should say ““Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!” Let the good times roll, baby! Mardi Gras is French for Fat Tuesday. It’s the last day of Carnival - and the day before Ash Wednesday when Lent starts. So today is a day of eating, drinking and celebration. Fatty foods, red meat, alcohol and in some places, pancakes. (Now I know why today is National Pancake Day!)

While I don’t observe Lent, I will do a bit of celebration today with going to the movies and meeting my friend Sylvia for Happy Hour! But with all of the fun, it’s nice to also do a bit of reflection. Care to join me? Wonderful, I’m happy to start. The comment section is always open to add your own. Let’s roll!
