Gratituesday 8.29.17 - Ready for Consistency

Hey folks, it's Gratituesday and I am actually posting on a Tuesday! I am trying to bring more consistency into my life and business practices, but it will take time. I really do thrive with a busy schedule. Since things have been slow, it's harder to push through procrastination and be productive. Just like the excitement of back to school, I look forward to a new season where I can clarify my message, share what I know and embrace abundance. I know what's important to me and how I can assist others. I just need to stay true and active in the power of communication, choice and connection. Care to join me? Read and share below! Let's go.

GRATITUDES

1. Cooler temps that allow me to remove my air-conditioning unit and have TWO open windows.

2. A wonderful business and networking community

3. My parents for including me in their trip to Hershey, PA with my nephew

4. Essential oils for allowing me to sleep better and for my apartment to smell good!

5. Allergy medication

CELEBRATIONS

1. Booking 2 more counseling couples this week

2. Being better about having a clean kitchen sink

3. Regular yoga practice with 1 public class a week

4. Facing my fears and going on some rollercoasters!

5. Taking time for a little self care

DESIRES

1. Stronger social circle

2. More consistent and vibrant social network content & posting

3. No more back pain

4. An apartment I love

5. My neighbors keeping the common areas of the building clean. Gosh, I would love to have have to sweep and mop the hallways, stairs and elevator before clients come to my home office!

Okay, folks that's it. Now is your turn. I'm sure you have a desire to add consistency in at least 1 area of your life. Be it healthy habits, career decisions or connection with friends and family. Share your lists below and I promise to hold you accountable and be your biggest cheerleader. Here's to a fulfilling week!
