Gratituesday 6.29.21 - Closing Doors, Opening Doors

I was going to title this post, The End of an Era, but that felt a little much. There are lots of endings right now, but of an ERA? I don’t think so. At least not until COVID is officially behind us. However that doesn’t mean there isn’t a ton of activity. Closing doors and opening doors. Remember my Gratituesday post from 5.25? The one that I shared that my ankle injury may signal some changes? Well, change is HERE!

We’re no longer able to perform weddings online as of 6.25. The executive order was rescinded without warning, so couples are still scrambling to find alternatives. Since the end March 2020, I have been teaching a virtual yoga class online. Since studios are offering in-person classes and fewer students have showed up, I decided to end my regular class schedule. My last class was today. However, I am back offering pre-marital counseling in-person, and I have a new in-person meditation class at my co-working space every Wednesday. Closing doors, opening doors.

While change is happening in both my professional and personal life, it’s a great time for a little reflection. Care to join me? Feel free to share your gratitudes, victories and desires below.

Off we go!
