I've known Ryan for almost 3 years. Believe it or not, I used to work for him as a party chef. While I'm not in his kitchen any longer, I'm so glad that our paths continue to cross. The wedding industry is enormous and tiny at the same time. I constantly meet new folks, but the community of colleagues I'm surrounded by is very warm and supportive. There is so much I appreciate about Ryan and the way he works. He has interesting & diversified menus, a great aesthetic and a desire to use local, fresh ingredients. I am a lucky gal. Not only do I assist couples on creating ceremonies and getting ready for married life, I get to work with some amazing people in the wedding industry.
